1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags or accessories
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction unless the product is faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item(s) in question, and clear photos showing the issue
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back
3. Return Shipping
- You may be required to ship the item back to us. We will provide the address and instructions via email.
- In cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For any other return accepted under special circumstances, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
5. Refunds
we only offer Cash on Delivery.
Refunds in cash are not provided, due to our COD-only payment structure.
6. Exchanges
If your item is approved for exchange due to damage or incorrect shipment, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items
